Catastrophe is a choreographic performance in which space becomes the generative host of multiple languages. Body, text, music, video, objects. Agents that intervene in a discontinuously in the creation of images that are immediately betrayed, corrupted and destroyed. In this sense, the work of the performer is to indulge the different translations interpretations through a succession of actions, even repeated ones, that induce him to error. It is an ongoing search that offers itself to the viewer as a further step in the process of re-coding.

This project emphasizes the concept of CATASTROPHE understood as a deviant event of a translation process.
The theme of catastrophe could not be more topical in such a historical, political and cultural moment, so it is necessary to reflect on the close relationship between loss and creation, so as to give rise to a reinterpretation of the tragic aspects of change as something useful for artistic-cultural emergence.
In order to initiate the process of regeneration, it is obligatory to riflect on the role of historical memory and the transmission of it through information, and especially on discarded relics.
My attempt is to perform an act of transfiguration and rupture of a fixed memory to create a continuous catastrophe, where the origin of the movement should be sought in the loss of definition.
The re-reading of memory, historical and virtual, becomes fleeting as information itself becomes immediate and complex memory. This trend of information, however well planned it may be, can bring out deviations. They are unintended and their magnitude does not point to anything: they are a trace of a process that has slipped off the tracks on which it was placed.
This event is called a glitch.
The glitch is the point of contact, the short-circuit that allows the flow of information to be catalyzed. It is the singularity in which it collects the flow of information, it is the genesis of a new life, it is the CATASTROPHE
